Production Powder Coating

Centralia Industrial Powder Coat, Inc. currently has over 16,000 square feet dedicated to the powder coating industry.

C.I.P.C. has a part profile of 4x6 up to 20ft. long.

Our state of the art powder line includes:
660 ft. of conveyor, traveling through an 88ft. automatic parts washer.

Washer consist of 4 primary stages:
(1) Heated phosphate wash/cleaner.
(2) Clean water rinse.
(3) Heated seal/rinse.
(4) R.O. rinse and blow off.

Parts are then conveyed through a 36ft. Catalytic Infra-Red Dry Off Oven to remove any remaining moisture to prevent flash rusting.

Cure oven is a 3 zone P.I.C. controlled combination oven with 20ft. of Infra-Red and 65ft. of convection for all your powder coating needs.

We offer batch boothes, for smaller quantities and full reclaim powder boothes for coating parts.

Our unique equipment design allows us to be one of the few powder coating companies to offer a Class "A" finish in large volume.
