Discriptions

Nozzle cleaning: After each use, the nozzle should be cleaned immediately. First, drain the remaining liquid in the system. Then, rinse the nozzle with clean water or a special cleaner to remove any residual pesticides, paints or other spray liquids. A soft-bristled brush can be used to gently scrub the interior and exterior of the nozzle to remove adhering impurities and deposits. Be careful not to scratch the nozzle with hard objects to avoid damaging its structure.
Liquid supply system cleaning: including components such as storage tanks, filters and pipelines. After emptying the remaining liquid in the storage tank, rinse the interior of the tank with clean water to remove dirt and residual substances on the tank walls. For filters, they should be cleaned or the filter elements replaced in accordance with the instructions for use to ensure the smoothness of the liquid supply system and the cleanliness of the liquid. At the same time, check whether there is any blockage or leakage in the pipeline. If so, deal with it in time.
Regularly inspect the system components
Inspection of high-voltage electrostatic generator: Regularly check the working status of the high-voltage electrostatic generator to see if its output voltage is stable within the normal range. Check whether the power cord, grounding wire and other connections of the generator are firm, and whether there is any damage or aging. If any abnormality is found, professional personnel should be contacted in time for repair or replacement.
Nozzle inspection: Check whether the spray shape and droplet size of the nozzle are normal. The distribution of droplets can be observed by conducting spray tests on white paper or other flat surfaces. If the spray shape is found to be irregular or the droplet size does not meet the requirements, it may be that the nozzle is clogged or damaged, and it needs to be cleaned or replaced.
Control system inspection: Check whether all functions of the control system are normal, such as voltage regulation, flow control, etc. Test the working conditions of each button, switch and display screen to ensure that the operating parameters of the spray system can be accurately adjusted and controlled.
