Low powder deposition efficiency can be caused by multiple factors. For instance, insufficient or excessive electrostatic voltage (recommended adjustment to 60-80kV with high-voltage generator inspection), poor workpiece grounding (requires cleaning hooks and ensuring grounding resistance below 1Ω), damp powder or excessive ultrafine powder content (powder should be dried at 40-50°C for 2 hours and filtered through 200-mesh sieve), as well as excessive compressed air pressure (should be reduced to 0.3-0.4MPa with oil-water separator installation).

When encountering spray gun clogging or uneven powder flow, try adjusting the fluidizing air pressure to 0.05-0.1MPa and regularly clean the fluidized bed. Additionally, replacing with PTFE-material venturi tubes helps prevent metal powder accumulation, thereby improving powder flow stability.
